The October Jenny/Stef/Agnes/Jan Project
The Entirety of October
Last week Stefanie sent me a link to a neat project called 3191: A Year of Mornings . The basic premise of the project is two friends taking pictures of their mornings for an entire year. 3,191 is the number of miles that separate them. Per my usual stream of conscience that I tend to purge in email post scripts, I challenged Stefanie to try doing a similar project with me. It read something like:
P.S. What a cool idea. We should do the same. And title it: A year of mornings: 29 miles. Maybe Agnes [Stefanie's stellar mom] can join in just to make the mileage a little more intense. I would post it on my blog...
now wait.. really... maybe for the month of October we should do it!

No, I do not usually shorten "want to" to "wanna" but apparently, I was too excited to use proper English. So, without ado, Stefanie and I will be posting our side by side photos of October: 31 daily photos shot anytime between 5 pm & midnight. (I had to be honest with myself. I am the worst waker-upper ever and I also am pretty rigid with my morning routine. The whole photo montage would be of Bare Naked Granola cereal & yogurt. Morning pictures were out.) We hope to occasionally be joined by honorary guest photographs by our mothers- mostly so our mileage between us will broaden a few miles. Hope you enjoy!
