Dreams of being a super model never fully developed beyond my adolescent adoration of Jacinda from the Real World London in 1995. Although I attempted to pull off Jacinda's funky fashion style throughout my highschool days, in my heart I knew I would be lucky to pass for "decent looking" at best. My mom, practical & truthful to a fault at times, agreed that I would never have what it takes to be a super model and from that point on, I considered being a veterinarian or holding some powerful position from behind a mask.

Tonight, Ben and I are mildly intrigued by the CW's broadcast of the Victoria Secret runway fashion show. We had our pineapple pizza delivered, drank a beer, and ripped on everything but the amazing wings. I would wear wings every day if I was confident people wouldn't throw things at me and I could sit with them comfortably in my car. Ben comprehends none of this. I hounded him with occasional "Am I prettier than her?" to which Ben would say "Twice as pretty" with a playful smirk that resulted with my fist in his stomach. Despite the fact that I still fall 4-6 inches below the average model height, 20 pounds above the average model weight, & would require a nose job, I think I definitely would rock the cat walk.

This week I was one of the star roles in a script that apparantly el diablo wrote specifically for the Rehab Institute. Due to the holidays, we are short staffed but are functioning at 110% patient wise. I was only one of two OTs (normally we function with 4). Needless to say, I was a little busy and literally feared flames would start shooting out of my face. Luckily, I have oscar winning supportive role star Mark & an encouraging Helen on Monday/Friday who literally pulled me through while smiling. Thank you.
A few exciting new additions to the monsters:
1. Washington DC pictures
2. Rainy Day Reading revised & actually functioning
3. Favorite past posts
