Love lies bleeding in Thomas Jefferson's backyard.

Today was a perfect, overcast fall day in Chicago. The temperature was comfortable so Becky, a speech therapist coworker, and I decided to steal the rehab van, three of our sweetest patients, and make off to the Chicago Botanic Gardens for a few hours of therapy time. I love a day's work that includes wandering through rose gardens and waterfalls with people you would otherwise never really know. I was also reminded of how inspired I was in Thomas Jefferson's backyard just a month ago... sigh.

This song reminds me of Judith & our fall stories, Corrina, Corrina by Bob Dylan.

Hey you!
My name is Jenny & this is my chance indulge in life twice-- once to experience and once to reflect. I love old trucks, succulents, and crazy-weird details that make life interesting. This is my chance to document the little things. I hope you enjoy.
