The Rehab Institute treated our little pod of therapists to a much needed Tuesday night of wreckless-ness. Allison, the die hard sporty physical therapist, lead our troop down to Bucktown where we spent an hour in little bumper cars, crashing, bashing, and smashing into each other as we played an excellent four games of whirley ball. The energy, laughter, and destructive behavior was much needed after the last three weeks of what Mark (my physical therapy liason/ extra bit of laughter) and I rated "very difficult". Afterward we all ate our own weight in pizza (white pizza to make things extra special) downtown at Piece. This morning, we compared the bruises that materialized over the night- hips, knees, arms. Luckily, no hand injuries occurred.0 comments
