This week I have been overcome by a huge desire to travel. An extra hop in my step toward the west, we can call it. I sputter out locations at random to Ben who is in the other room innocently minding his own business. A Mark visit involving Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, & Montana in the spring. Galapagos islands or Buenos Aires in fall. Turkey anyone? Russia if Elizabeth lands a study program in 2009. Tick-tick-tick. I am plotting 2008 and have decided to deem it the year of travel. Vacation days begin accruing now. Good thing we are heading south in just a few weeks to travel the Blue Ridge Mountains and Washington DC area with Lisa and Josh. Otherwise, it is possible I would internally combust.
